Touseer is a Certified European Passivhaus Designer (CEPHD). Passivhaus being the world’s leading international low energy design standard, adopting a fabric first approach to building. It is a highly innovative and effective way of reducing energy use, as well as providing high standards of comfort and building health.

Touseer is also a historic buildings specialist and is included on the register of Architects Accredited in Building Conservation (AABC) in recognition of his experience and expertise in undertaking sensitive repairs and alterations to historic buildings of national significance. He has been Project Architect and Lead Consultant on projects for the National Trust, English Heritage, Historic Royal Palaces, The Georgian Group and the Palace of Westminster looking after a number of their Grade I listed houses and estates.

Touseer is a Quinquennial Inspector for the Diocese of London undertaking inspections to establish priorities for the repair and preservation of their historic buildings.
